Privacy Policy — Greystone Realtor
This Privacy Policy describes how Greystone Roofing & Construction (“Greystone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Greystone Realtor mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information we collect
We collect the following information when you create an account and use the App:
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and brokerage/company name (optional).
- Service requests: property addresses, service type (inspection, repairs, estimate), urgency, optional notes you provide, and photos of properties you submit.
- Device information: a push notification token used solely to deliver notifications about your service requests.
- Automatically collected: timestamps and basic usage logs needed for the app to function (e.g., when a request was submitted or its status changed).
We do not collect precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics about your behavior in the App.
2. How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Process and respond to your service requests
- Communicate with you about your requests (in‑app, push notifications, and at the email or phone number you provided)
- Allow authorized Greystone staff to view, manage, and complete your service requests
- Maintain the security and reliability of the App
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Where your information is stored
Information is stored using Supabase, our backend service provider. Supabase hosts data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. Database access is restricted by row‑level security so each realtor can only access their own data; only authorized Greystone administrators can view all submissions.
Push notification delivery is handled by Expo, which forwards messages to Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) for iOS devices. Notification content includes the request address and service type.
4. Sharing of information
Your information is visible only to:
- You (your own account and submissions)
- Authorized Greystone Roofing & Construction staff who are designated as admins in the App
- Our service providers listed above (Supabase, Expo, Apple), strictly to operate the App
- Legal authorities if required by valid legal process
5. Data retention
We retain your account and submission data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial or service records).
To request deletion of your account or data, email kadenv@greystone-roofing.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing

7. Security
We use industry‑standard security measures to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to all backend services, encrypted password storage (handled by Supabase Auth), and access restrictions through row‑level security policies in our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
